EDUCATIONAL MISSION STATEMENT
The ACOP’s Continuing Medical Education (CME) is designed to meet the objectives and purposes of the College and the needs of the membership. The objective of the ACOP is “to foster measures and conduct activities to increase the effectiveness of the specialty of pediatrics and pediatric education at all levels.” The ACOP Committee on CME has as its main function the implementation of programs that will improve the quality of healthcare for children. Through surveys of its members during the year and at the CME Meeting, educational needs are identified. The scope of pediatric topics presented in the CME programs is based on these surveys.

Hotel Key Card Sponsorship | $500
- Exclusive sponsorship!
- Sponsor fee plus the cost of the key card
- The hotel key card sponsor provides the hotel with branded room keys for ACOP guests at the Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort.
- The sponsor is responsible for the coordination and expense of the branded key card directly with the hotel.
- ACOP staff will provide the contact information for the hotel.
- The sponsor fee payable to ACOP is due when Agreement is submitted.

EXHIBIT AGREEMENT
To secure your exhibit space, complete the online Letter of Agreement.
Payment is due in full when the Agreement is submitted.

SHIPPING ITEMS TO SANDESTIN®:
VEAL Convention Services will receive all properly labeled freight and store until the designated setup day for your group’s show. Freight will not be released to vendors without a form of payment being on file directly to Veal Convention Services.
The VEAL shipping warehouse at Sandestin is considered a “remote location” by major carriers (FedEx, UPS, DHL, etc.). Items shipped overnight or priority overnight will arrive in Fort Walton Beach (20 miles to the west) by the guaranteed time and be placed on a truck for delivery to the resort. Sandestin® typically receives UPS and FedEx deliveries by 12:00 Noon. Vendors will be asked for tracking information when inquiring about their freight – Sandestin® and VEAL Convention Services utilize the same tracking information provided by the freight carrier to monitor and manage a shipment’s movement throughout the property.
Without tracking information, vendors should expect delays in confirming the whereabouts of their shipments.

Hotel Group Rates:
$189 per night, plus taxes and daily resort fee*
Group rates are available through April 18, 2022 or until the block is full, whichever occurs first. Reservations are subject to availability.
Sandestin requires a one night’s room deposit to be received within ten (10) days after a reservation is made, or it will be canceled. Final payment of entire reservation will be charged to the credit card provided by guest seven (7) days prior to arrival. Individual pays any remaining balance upon departure.
* Resort Fee: All rooms will be charged a daily resort fee in the amount of 12% of the pre-tax amount of the daily room rate. The resort fee covers items including, but not limited to, complimentary resort transportation; two bicycles per unit for up to four hours of usage daily; fitness center usage; one hour per day of tennis court time (based on availability); one hour per day usage on either a canoe, kayak or boogie board, self-parking, Wi-Fi in the Baytowne and Linkside Conference Center, and reservation processing services. The resort fee is not a government-imposed charge. Resort charge is subject to taxes.
