The American College of Osteopathic Pediatricians is excited to invite your organization to be an exhibitor or sponsor at the 2026 Spring Conference. Join us and connect with pediatricians from around the country.

With a long-standing tradition of excellence, the Spring Conference will feature a dynamic educational program focused on advancing pediatric medicine, addressing current challenges, and sharing best practices for improving patient outcomes.

Join leading osteopathic pediatricians, residents, and healthcare decision-makers at the ACOP 2026 Spring Conference—your premier opportunity to showcase innovative products and services, engage directly with providers, and build lasting relationships with leaders in pediatric care nationwide.

We expect 200–300 pediatricians, offering exhibitors and sponsors a valuable platform for meaningful engagement and visibility.

EXHIBIT SPACE

The exhibit hall will be in Taft AB on the first floor at the Hyatt Regency Columbus.

Tabletop exhibit: 6 ft table, two chairs

  • Exhibit space is assigned on a first come, first served basis.
  • Exhibit agreements must be submitted prior to exhibit space being assigned.
  • Every effort will be made to accommodate special requests. ACOP cannot guarantee preferences for exhibit space locations.
  • ACOP reserves the right to add, move or remove exhibit tables if necessary. The floor plan is subject to change

EXHIBIT AGREEMENT

Agreements are being accepted for the 2026 Spring Conference. Complete the online Letter of Agreement to secure your exhibit space, program advertisement, and/or sponsorship.

Payment is due in full when the Agreement is submitted.

  • To pay by credit card, fill in the payment details of the exhibit agreement.
  • To pay by check, mark “check” as the payment method on the Agreement. Make the check payable to American College of Osteopathic Pediatricians and mail the check to ACOP, Attn: Dana Gibson, 2209 Dickens Road, Richmond, Virginia 23230.

Exhibit badges should be submitted by exhibitors using the Client Portal (login required). Additional badges can be purchased by exhibitors through the portal as well. The badge fee is $200/badge.

To receive our contracted rate and onsite support, you must book your room through the official conference block using the link provided on the website and Meeting Guide. The group rate is available until the cutoff date for group reservations or when the official room block is full, whichever occurs first. Reservations made through third-party sites or by calling the hotel outside our block are not connected to our block. If a guest who booked outside the block is relocated by the hotel because of an oversell, we cannot assist with the relocation or any related costs. Benefits tied to the block such as rate protection and complimentary Wi-Fi may not apply.
