Lecture Slides
You are asked to submit your lecture slides as a PDF file no later than Monday, September 12, 2022. The PDF file should be one slide per page. CLICK HERE to upload your slides.
We are requesting your slides early so that they can be uploaded to the conference program. If you need to make minor edits/updates prior to your in-person lecture, that will be allowed.
Please use the provided PowerPoint template for your lecture slides.
Pre-recorded Lecture Video
All affiliates participating in OMED22 will be required to submit a recording of their presentations by September 7. These recordings will be used on the virtual platform for 30 days after OMED22 to offer a full conference experience for all attendees.

CONFERENCE REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED.
All speakers will be required to register for the conference. Speakers who wish to receive CME credit for attending the conference will receive a discount on their registration. Speakers who are only able to participate for their lecture, will receive complimentary registration for the conference.

Option #1: Speaker 50% Discount with CME
OMED22 Speakers will receive a 50% discount on OMED Registration and may self-attest to receive CME. Use Promo Code: SPEAKERCME22 to have the 50% discount off the full member or non-member registration fee applied.
Option #2: One-Day Speaker – No CME
OMED22 Speakers who plan to come in ONLY for one day to speak and do not plan to attend the conference or claim CME, please register so you will receive a one-day comp badge. Use Promo Code: SPEAKERNON22 to have complimentary registration, no CME provided.
HOUSING/HOTEL RESERVATIONS
Speakers who are coming from outside Boston should make their housing/hotel reservations through the OMED22 conference registration site. After you have registered, go to the next step and make your hotel reservation. The Sheraton Boston is the headquarters hotel and connected to the convention center. The Marriot Copley Place and Westin Copley place are also available through the housing block.
AIRLINE RESERVATIONS – You must purchase your own airline ticket (reimbursed following conference). ACOP will also reimburse mileage for those who live near Boson and choose to drive to the conference.
AUDIO/VISUAL – LCD Projector, Laser Pointer, Lavaliere Microphone, Screen and a show computer, will be provided in the room. You may bring your own computer if you wish. If your PowerPoint presentation contains any embedded video, we ask that you contact the ACOP Office as soon as possible. If you require any additional AV, please notify the ACOP Administrative Office as soon as possible. Please be certain that your PowerPoint presentation projects well and the font is sufficiently large as to be readable in the back of the room. We also ask that you please bring a copy of your PowerPoint presentation with you on a flash drive.
